Making events easier to notice
Spot & Find events are meant to bring people together. But an event only works if you notice it in time.
That is why we are introducing an in-app pop-up that appears when you are near an organized event on Spot & Find.
Useful while you are already outside
Many people open the app while they are already on the move. In that moment you do not want to search through multiple screens to see if something is happening.
The new pop-up solves that by surfacing relevant events exactly when they matter.
More room for spontaneous participation
This change makes it easier to join a walk, meetup or other activity on the fly.
That fits our view of Spot & Find: an app that not only helps you plan, but also nudges you into action at the right time.
